摘要
针对新景矿FBD8.5-2×75型局部通风机机械故障预警存在的不足,对煤矿井下恶劣工作环境中通风机典型机械故障及其特征进行分析,基于振动分析,设计了一种煤矿通风机故障预警方法。该系统以MCM-100振动分析平台为基础,应用630C01传感器采集振动信号,从频谱分析、振动强度两方面进行诊断识别。实践表明,该通风机振动故障预警方法可有效识别新景矿FBD8.5-2×75型局部通风机故障,并及时预警,保障了设备的安全,为类似情况下煤矿通风机的故障监测与预警提供了经验借鉴。
Aiming at the shortcomings of mechanical fault early warning of FBD8.5-2 × 75 local ventilator in Xinjing Coal Mine,the typical mechanical faults and their characteristics of ventilator in the harsh working environment of coal mine are analyzed.Based on vibration analysis,a fault early warning method of coal mine ventilator is designed.The system is based on the MCM-100 vibration analysis platform,and the 630C01 sensor is used to collect the vibration signal,and the diagnosis and identification are carried out from the two aspects of spectrum analysis and vibration intensity.The practice shows that the early warning method of fan vibration fault can effectively identify the fault of FBD8.5-2×75 local fan in Xinjing Mine,and give early warning in time to ensure the safety of the equipment,which provides experience for fault monitoring and early warning of coal mine fan under similar conditions.
