摘要
煤矿井下的特定危险区域大多空间狭窄,活动范围有限,各种大型移动设备、人员都在这个狭长的空间活动,极易发生碰撞、机械伤人等事故。针对这一情况,麦捷煤业结合目前井下作业现场实际情况,研究并设计了适合于麦捷煤业的电子围栏技术路线和方案,该方案主要是基于井下现有的UWB精确人员定位系统和已经相对成熟的AI视频技术,实现对重点区域的全程可视化监控、预警,对井下作业人员的精准位置信息进行实时监测,同时关联控制采掘机械,有效预防安全事故的发生,实现可靠的“电子围栏”,该研究和实际应用取得了理想效果。
Most of the specific dangerous areas in coal mines are narrow in space and limited in scope of activities.All kinds of large mobile devices and personnel are active in this narrow space,which is prone to collisions,mechanical injuries and other accidents.In view of this situation,Maijie Coal Industry combined with the actual situation of the current underground operation site,studied and designed the technical route and scheme of the electronic fence suitable for Maijie Coal Industry.The scheme is mainly based on the existing UWB accurate personnel positioning system and the relatively mature AI video technology.It realizes the whole process visual monitoring and early warning of key areas,real-time monitoring of the accurate location information of underground workers,and associated control of mining machinery,effectively prevents the occurrence of safety accidents,and realizes reliable ' electronic fence '.The research and practical application have achieved ideal results.
