贫瘦煤炼焦技术的研究与应用

摘要 在优质炼焦煤紧缺的情况下,利用资源相对丰富的低挥发贫瘦煤,代替其他稀缺煤种已成为未来趋势。通过贫瘦煤与不同地区主焦煤相容性、配伍性的分析研究,找出与贫瘦煤搭配最好的主焦煤。用最佳主焦煤为主力煤,将贫瘦煤应用在实际生产中,研究结果表明,采用贫瘦煤炼焦技术,在合理调整配比情况下可以生产出优质焦炭。 In the face of a shortage of high-quality coking coal,utilizing low volatile and lean coal with relatively abundant resources to replace other scarce coal types has become a future trend.The compatibility and compatibility between lean coal and main coking coal from different regions were analyzed,and the best main coking coal that matches lean coal were identified.Using the best main coking coal as the main coal and applying lean coal in actual production,The research results show that using lean coal coking technology can produce high-quality coke with reasonable adjustment of the ratio.
