摘要
为解决煤炭灰分检测时间较长的问题,研制新的设备氧弹测灰仪。针对设备主要包含的称量系统和燃烧系统,该原理是把定量的样品放在充有一定压力氧气的特制氧弹中燃烧,以残留物的质量占煤样质量的质量分数作为煤样的灰分。根据仪器设备技术参数,采用煤物理特性和化学成分分析标准物质对仪器的灰分检测进行校准,校准结果显示样品检测的重复性为0.09%~0.28%,示值误差测量结果的不确定度为0.4%~0.9%。
In order to solve the problem of long time for coal ash detection,the development of new equipment oxygen bomb ash detector.For the equipment mainly contains weighing system and combustion system,the principle is to put a certain amount of samples in a special oxygen bomb filled with a certain pressure of oxygen combustion,to the quality of the residue of the mass of the coal sample quality of the mass fraction of the coal sample as a coal sample of the ash.According to the technical parameters of the instrument,the ash detection of the instrument was calibrated by using the standard substances for analysis of physical properties and chemical composition of coal,and the calibration results showed that the repeatability of the sample detection was 0.09%~0.28%,and the uncertainty of the measurement results of the display value error was0.4%~0.9%.
