摘要
心肌梗死给人类健康带来严重威胁,可注射水凝胶可为梗死心肌区域提供机械支撑,还可负载药物、生物活性因子或细胞等,改善梗死微环境,诱导心肌组织再生,在治疗心肌梗死方面具有独特优势。海藻酸盐水凝胶以其类细胞外基质特性、易修饰和生物组织相容性良好等特点被广泛研究。主要综述了近年来处于实验室研究阶段的复合水凝胶海藻酸盐水凝胶和生物活性海藻酸盐水凝胶以及临床研究阶段海藻酸盐水凝胶Algisyl-LVRTM、IK-5001、TCMR和Merike TM在心肌梗死治疗中的应用。
Myocardial infarction poses a serious threat to human health.Injectable hydrogels can provide mechanical support to the infarcted myocardial region,and can also be loaded with drugs,biologically active factors or cells to improve the infarcted microenvironment and induce regeneration of myocardial tissues,which offers a unique advantage in the treatment of myocardial infarction.Alginate hydrogels have been widely studied for their extracellular matrix-like properties,ease of modification,and good bio-histocompatibility.In this paper,the application of alginate hydrogel in the treatment of myocardial infarction in recent years,including composite alginate hydrogels and bioactive alginate hydrogels in the laboratory research stage and Algisyl-LVR TM,IK-5001,TCMR and Merike TM alginate hydrogels in the clinical stage,was mainly reviewed.
