阐述数字化管理在电力营销业务中的应用价值,探讨数字化技术在电力营销的应用,包括对数据进行实时监测、建立电力营销数据库、建立客户关系管理系统、优化供电企业服务流程,以有效促进电力营销管理水平的提升。
This paper expounds the application value of digital management in power marketing business,explores the application of digital technology in power marketing,including real-time monitoring of data,establishment of power marketing database,establishment of customer relationship management system,optimization of power supply enterprise service process,in order to effectively promote the improvement of power marketing management level.
