“一带一路”背景下东南亚中小华商的机遇与挑战

Opportunities and Challenges of Small and Medium-sized Chinese Businesses in Southeast Asia under the Belt and Road Initiative

随着“一带一路”建设的深化,中国与东南亚各国的鼓励与扶持政策、双方的经贸合作与对接平台为东南亚中小华商参与“一带一路”建设提供了机遇,但同时东南亚中小华商也面临着所在国对“一带一路”倡议的质疑、与中国企业潜在的竞争与隔阂、自身抗风险能力差等因素的挑战。东南亚中小华商需要改变心态、重新定位,积极融入“一带一路”建设,抓住这一历史机遇,灵活创新迎接挑战。

The deepening of the Belt and Road Initiative,the encouragement and support policies of the governments of China and Southeast Asian countries,economic and trade cooperation and docking platforms set up by the two sides provide opportunities for small and medium-sized Chinese enterprises in Southeast Asia to participate in the Belt and Road construction.But at the same time,small and medium-sized Chinese enterprises in Southeast Asia are also faced with security risks brought by their host country's doubts about the Belt and Road Initiative,potential competition and estrangement with enterprises from China,poor anti-risk ability and other factors.Small and medium-sized Chinese businesses in Southeast Asia need to change their mentality,reposition themselves,actively integrate into the construction of the Belt and Road,seize this historical opportunity,and meet the challenges with flexibility and innovation.
