摘要
针对北京农村生活污水高排放标准的要求,选用改良多级AO-MBR工艺,采用多级缺氧均匀配水进行碳源合理分配,控制好氧池DO质量浓度为0.5~1mg/L,并在工艺前端增设消氧池,MBR池300%混合液回流到首端消氧池,考察改良工艺处理农村生活污水实际运行效果。结果表明,改良工艺对COD,NH_(3)-N,TN,TP,SS的去除效率分别为94.1%,97.8%,90.0%,96.4%,98.7%,对生活污水的处理效果好、脱氮效率高且无需投加碳源,可为多级AO工艺应用设计提供新的思路。
In view of the requirements of the high discharge standard of rural domestic sewage in Beijing,the improved multistage AO-MBR process was selected,the multi-stage anoxic uniform water distribution was adopted to rationally allocate carbon sources,and the low dissolved oxygen condition of the aerobic pool with the mass concentration of dissolved oxygen of 0.5~1 mg/L was controlled.An oxygen deoxidizing tank was added at the front end of the process,and the 300%mixed liquid of the MBR pool was returned to the first deoxidizing tank.The actual operation effect of the improved technology in treating rural domestic sewage was investigated.The results show that the removal efficiencies of COD,NH_(3)-N,TN,TP and SS by the improved process are 94.1%,97.8%,90.0%,96.4%and 98.7%,respectively.The improved process has good treatment effect on domestic sewage,high nitrogen removal efficiency and no need to add carbon sources,which provides a new idea for the application design of multistage AO process.
