摘要
为解决传统钢筋绑扎吊装中作业精度差、工序效率低、安全风险大、作业质量不可控等问题,本文以广东省茂名市某开敞海域沉箱码头施工为依托,聚焦于预制沉箱钢筋绑扎吊装施工重难点开展了系列研究,提出了一种大型圆预制沉箱钢筋整体绑扎吊装技术。本文对该技术的结构体系、受力、施工工况进行分析计算,优化了预制圆沉箱钢筋绑扎工艺,保障了施工质量安全,为预制沉箱钢筋绑扎吊装施工提出了新思路。
In order to solve the problems such as poor accuracy,low efficiency,high risks,and uncontrollable quality in the traditional binding and hoisting of steel bars,based on the construction of a open-sea caisson wharf in Maoming city,Guangdong province,a series of studies were focused on the key points and difficulties in the steel bar binding and hoisting of prefabricated caissons,which led to a kind of integral binding and hoisting technology of steel bars of large circular prefabricated caissons.This technology was analyzed and calculated from the aspects of structure system,stress,and working conditions.The optimized binding technology ensures the quality and safety of construction,and provides a reference for the reinforcement binding and hoisting of prefabricated caissons.
