摘要
耙吸挖泥船是港口疏浚、吹填造陆、深海取砂的重要水上工程装备。而泥门作为耙吸挖泥船的关键疏浚设备,在疏浚作业中承担着非常重要的作用。传统耙吸挖泥船一般都采用锥形泥门或双排方形泥门。随着科技发展及装备设计水平的提高,国外出现了新型自平衡方形泥门的设计。本文对比分析了传统泥门和新型泥门的不同之处,同时阐述了新型自平衡方形泥门的设计原理、设计过程与实际使用情况。
Trailing suction dredger is a kind of important waterborne equipment for port dredging,dredger-fill reclamation and deep-sea sand extraction.As a key dredging device on dredgers,mud gate plays an important role in dredging works.In general,cone mud gate or double-row square mud gate are installed on the traditional trailing suction dredgers.With the development of science,technology and equipment design capacities,self-balance square mud gate is designed abroad.The traditional mud gate and new one are compared and analyzed,including the design principle,process and application detail of the latter one.
