一种大蒜收获机的设计

摘要 大蒜收获是种植的重要作业环节,目前多采用人工挖掘,劳动强度大、生产效率低。为此,研制一种大蒜收获机,介绍其整体结构及工作原理,简述主要零部件设计。该机具采用左右对称式异动振动筛结构,结构简单、作业阻力小、机具运转平稳、动力消耗小、工作效率高,具有良好的大蒜收获效果。 Garlic harvesting is an important operation link of planting.At present,manual excavation is mostly used,which has high labor intensity and low production efficiency.Therefore,a garlic harvester is developed,its overall structure and working principle are introduced,and the main parts are designed briefly.The machine adopts the left and right symmetrical vibrating screen structure,simple structure,small operation resistance,stable operation of the machine,small power consumption,high work efficiency,and has a good garlic harvest effect.
