摘要
相比其他辣椒品种,螺丝椒口感和品质较好,且植株耐寒、抗病性较强,产量也较高,因此成为设施农业种植的重要蔬菜品种。介绍螺丝椒的品种及其特点,从深耕施肥、育苗、定植、肥水管理、整枝、坐果、病虫害防控等设施蔬菜生产的关键环节来总结技术要点,从而为设施螺丝椒的丰产栽培提供技术参考。
Compared with other pepper varieties,screw pepper has better taste and quality,strong cold resistance,disease resistance and high yield,and has become an important vegetable variety in facility agriculture.This paper introduced the varieties and characteristics of screw pepper,and summarized the technical points from the key links of facility vegetable production such as deep tillage and fertilization,seedling raising,planting,fertilizer and water management,pruning,fruit setting,disease and pest control,etc.,so as to provide technical reference for the high-yield cultivation of facility screw pepper.
