阐述沈阳市农业职业经理人的培育现状,从培育机制、培育内容、培育师资、培育渠道等方面来分析沈阳市农业职业经理人培训中存在的问题,最后从健全培训机制、完善培育内容、优化培训师资、扩展培育渠道等方面提出可行性建议,旨在提高农业职业经理人的培训质量、加大农业职业经理人才的输出质量,进而为乡村振兴奠定人才基础。

This paper expounds the current situation of the cultivation of agricultural professional managers in Shenyang,analyzes the problems in the training of agricultural professional managers in Shenyang from the aspects of cultivation mechanism,cultivation contents,cultivation teachers and cultivation channels,and finally puts forward feasible suggestions from the aspects of improving the training mechanism,improving the cultivation content,optimizing the training teachers and expanding the cultivation channels,aiming at improving the training quality of agricultural professional managers,increase the quality of agricultural professional managers talent output and lay a talent foundation for rural revitalization.
