万古霉素联合美罗培南治疗新生儿化脓性脑膜炎的效果

Effect of Vancomycin combined with Meropenem in the treatment of neonatal purulent meningitis

目的观察万古霉素联合美罗培南治疗新生儿化脓性脑膜炎的效果。方法选取南充市中心医院儿科2020年10月至2023月10月收治的100例化脓性脑膜炎新生儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各50例。对照组采用美罗培南治疗,观察组采用万古霉素联合美罗培南治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状消失时间、实验室指标及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组退热、易怒易惊及抽动消失、反应差消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组C反应蛋白、中枢神经特异性蛋白水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论万古霉素联合美罗培南治疗新生儿化脓性脑膜炎的临床效果确切,可改善患儿临床症状,减轻炎症反应,且不增加不良反应。

Objective To observe the effect of Vancomycin combined with Meropenem in the treatment of neonatal purulent meningitis.Methods A total of 100 neonates with purulent meningitis admitted to the Department of pediatrics,Nanchong Central Hospital were selected as the study objects.All the neonates were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Meropenem,and the observation group was treated with Vancomycin combined with Meropenem.The clinical efficacy,the time of clinical symptom disappearance,laboratory indicators,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of pyretolysis,irritability,easily startled,and convulsion disappearance,and reaction difference dis appearance in the obs ervation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein and S-100 beta protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Vancomycin combined with Meropenem in the treatment of neonatal purulent meningitis has definite effect,and can improve the clinical symptoms of children,reduce inflammatory reactions,and does not increase adverse reactions.
