磁共振成像诊断乳腺肿瘤的价值

Value of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of breast tumors

目的分析磁共振成像(MRI)诊断乳腺肿瘤的价值。方法选取在贵州医科大学第二附属医院接受治疗的50例乳腺肿瘤患者,研究时间为2021年6月至2023年6月,分别为患者实施MRI和病理检查,将病理结果作为金标准,分析MRI的诊断效能。结果MRI诊断的准确度、灵敏度、特异度分别为94.00%、97.67%、71.43%。结论MRI对乳腺肿瘤具有较高的诊断效能。

Objective To analyze the value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diagnosis of breast tumors.Methods Fifty patients with breast tumor who received treatment in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University were selected for the study from June 2021 to June 2023.MRI and pathological examination were performed on the patients respectively,and pathological results were used as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of MRI.Results MRI diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,speciality were 94.00%,97.67%,and 71.43%,respectively.Conclusion MRI has a high diagnostic efficiency in the diagnosis of breast tumors.
