综合护理干预在小儿上呼吸道感染中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in pediatric upper respiratory tract infection

目的分析综合护理干预在小儿上呼吸道感染中的应用效果。方法选取2022年4月至2023年4月兰陵县苍山卫生院治疗的114例上呼吸道感染患儿作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各57例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理。比较两组患儿遵医行为、患儿症状消失时间、患儿住院时间、家长对疾病的认知程度及家长护理满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组患儿总依从率更高,患儿症状消失时间及住院时间更短(P<0.05)。观察组家长对疾病的认知程度高于对照组,家长护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预在上呼吸道感染患儿中应用可加快患儿症状缓解,提高患儿遵医行为、家长对疾病的认知程度及护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in pediatric upper respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of 114 children with upper respiratory tract infection admitted to Cangshan Health Center in Lanling County from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 57 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The children’s compliance behavior,children’s symptom disappearance time,children’s hospital stay,parental awareness of the disease,and parental nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher total compliance rate,shorter children’s symptom disappearance time and hospital stay(P<0.05).The parental awareness of the disease in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the total rate of parental nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in children with upper respiratory tract infection can accelerate symptoms relief,improve their compliance behavior,parental awareness of the disease,and nursing satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
