摘要
丹参酮IIA是丹参中含量最高的脂溶性成分,具有醌类母核、呋喃环、碳碳双键等结构,表现出稳定性差,易降解的特性。文章对影响丹参酮IIA的稳定性因素以及降解机理进行研究总结。结果表明光照、温度、pH值、包合物以及制剂工艺等均能影响丹参酮IIA的稳定性,在强酸及强碱作用下形成一系列降解产物。以期为含丹参酮IIA药物的质量控制和丹参酮IIA的进一步开发利用提供参考。
Tanshinone IIA is the most abundant fat-soluble component in Salvia miltiorrhiza,which has the structure of quinone parent nucleus,furan ring and carbon-carbon double bond,exhibiting poor stability and easy degradation.In this paper,the stability factors and degradation mechanisms affecting tanshinone IIA were summarized.The results show that the stability of tanshinone IIA can be affected by light,temperature,pH,envelope and formulation process,and a series of degradation products can be formed under the action of strong acids and bases.In order to provide a reference for the quality control of tanshinone IIA-containing drugs,and the further development and utilization of tanshinone IIA.
