摘要
某哈汽发电2×1000MW超超临界二次再热机组在冲转期间,3号轴承箱轴振到达跳机保护动作,导致机组停运。经对机组冲转参数及TDM、TSI等数据进行分析,通过计算,对汽轮机中压转子加装配重从而治理了汽轮机振动问题。
The shaft vibration of No.3 bearing box of a 2×1000MW ultra-supercritical secondary reheat unit of Harbin steam power plant reached the trip protection action during the running period,resulting in the unit outage.After analyzing the impulse starting parameters and TDM of the unit TSI and other data were analyzed,and through calculation,a counterweight was added to the intermediate pressure rotor of the steam turbine to address the vibration problem of the steam turbine.
