摘要
文章详述了某电子项目在十五年的建设期间,对一个现浇混凝土生产厂房和两个装配式混凝土生产厂房进行结构微振设计的原理及方法,并公布了项目竣工后的微振测试结果。通过对装配式混凝土结构对厂房整体水平刚度、楼板竖向局部刚度及微振的影响进行分析,实例验证了装配式混凝土电子厂房可以满足电子半导体生产设备需求的微振标准。
This article elaborates on the principle and method of structural micro-vibration design for a cast-in-place concrete fab and two precast concrete fabs during the fifteen year construction period of an electronic project,and publishes the as-built micro-vibration survey results after project completion.By analyzing the impact of precast concrete structures on the overall horizontal stiffness,vertical local stiffness of floor slabs,and micro-vibration performance of the fab building,examples have been used to verify that precast concrete electronic fab buildings can meet the micro-vibration criteria required for electronic semiconductor production equipment.
