旧PHC管桩拔桩施工技术要点及工艺应用的研究

摘要 文章围绕LNG高端装备产品升级改造项目——中船坞接长及配套工程中遇到的旧PHC管桩拔除问题,探讨其旧PHC管桩拔桩施工的技术要点及工艺应用。通过分析工程概况、地质条件和既有桩基情况,详细阐述了施工准备、方案制定、设备选择与布置、拔桩过程控制以及拔桩后处理措施,特别是采用振动下沉与高频振动结合水力切割的拔桩技术,有效应对了密实粉砂地质条件下的拔桩挑战。研究结果表明,精细化的施工方案制定和严格的过程控制对于确保拔桩工作的成功至关重要,同时为相似工程提供了参考和借鉴。 This study focuses on the problem of old PHC pipe pile removal encountered in the dock extension and supporting engineering of LNG high-end equipment product upgrading and renovation projects,and explores the technical points and process applications of old PHC pipe pile removal construction.By analyzing the engineering overview,geological conditions,and existing pile foundation conditions,this article elaborates in detail on construction preparation,scheme formulation,equipment selection and layout,pile pulling process control,and post pile pulling treatment measures.In particular,the pile pulling technology combining vibration sinking and high-frequency vibration with hydraulic cutting effectively addresses the challenges of pile pulling under dense silt geological conditions.The research results indicate that the development of refined construction plans and strict process control are crucial for ensuring the success of pile pulling work,and also provide reference and inspiration for similar projects.
