基于承载分析的液压支架故障处理

摘要 基于综采工作面液压支架工作状态曲线分析,提出通过电液控制系统生成变化曲线,分析液压支架在对顶板承载过程中出现的故障种类,为液压支架故障处理及检修维护提供支持。研究表明:液压支架工作状态曲线能够很好地反映出支架故障信息,通过对立柱压力变化曲线分析,得出故障信息,使液压支架故障处理更高效。 Based on the analysis of the working state curve of the hydraulic support in the fully mechanized mining face,it is proposed to generate the change curve through the electro-hydraulic control system,analyze the fault types of the hydraulic support in the process of bearing the roof,and provide support for the fault treatment,repair and maintenance of the hydraulic support.The research shows that the working state curve of the hydraulic support can well reflect the support fault information.Through the analysis of the column pressure change curve,the fault information is obtained,which makes the hydraulic support fault treatment more efficient.
