中型灌区智慧化建设思考

Thinking on the intelligent construction of medium-sized irrigation district

摘要 根据调查统计,全国共有灌溉面积1万~30万亩的中型灌区7000多处,设计灌溉面积约3.3亿亩。1997年以来各地利用国家农业综合开发、水利发展专项资金等政策要求和资金渠道积极开展中型灌区节水配套改造,虽然取得了较好的节水成效,但中型灌区智慧化建设仍是农业农村现代化的突出短板。本文通过对中型灌区智慧化建设内容的阐述,旨在为中型灌区现代化建设建言献策,提供借鉴思路,使得国家中型灌区加快补齐工程体系短板,创新管理方式,提升中型灌区整体水平和保障能力,为加快农业农村现代化提供支撑。 According to the survey and statistics,there are more than 7000 medium-sized irrigation areas with an irrigation area of 1-3 million mu,and the designed irrigation area is about 330 million mu.Since 1997,various regions have actively carried out water-saving supporting transformation of medium-sized irrigation areas by using the national agricultural comprehensive development,special funds for water conservancy development and other policy requirements and financial channels.Although good water-saving results have been achieved,the intelligent construction of medium-sized irrigation areas is still a prominent weakness in agricultural and rural modernization.
