针对性心理干预结合前庭功能康复训练对前庭功能减退患者治疗效果的影响

Effect of targeted psychological intervention combined with vestibular function rehabilitation training on the treatment of vestibular dysfunction

目的分析针对性心理干预结合前庭功能康复训练对前庭功能减退患者治疗效果的影响。方法选取南京医科大学附属脑科医院2021年2月至2023年2月收治的106例前庭功能减退患者为研究对象,将患者按照1~106号随机编号,编号为奇数者纳入观察组(53例),偶数者纳入对照组(53例)。2组患者均接受常规综合干预及前庭功能康复训练,观察组加用针对性心理干预。对比2组的前庭功能检查结果、前庭功能评分、心理状态及干预效果。结果观察组在干预3周后的冷热试验异常率和视频头脉冲试验异常率均低于对照组,自发性眼震角度和半规管轻瘫值均小于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组在干预3周后的前庭功能评分、焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组在干预3周后的治疗总有效率为94.34%,较对照组的79.25%更高(P<0.05)。结论基于常规综合干预及前庭功能康复训练,积极开展针对性心理干预不仅有助于前庭功能减退患者心理状态和前庭功能的改善,还有助于提高干预效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of targeted psychological intervention combined with vestibular function rehabilitation training on the treatment of patients with vestibular dysfunction.Methods A total of 106 patients with vestibular dysfunction admitted to the Affiliated Brain Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly numbered from 1 to 106,with odd numbered patients included in the observation group(53 cases)and even numbered patients included in the control group(53 cases).Both groups received routine comprehensive intervention and vestibular function rehabilitation training,while the observation group additionally received targeted psychological intervention.The results of vestibular function tests,vestibular function scores,psychological state,and intervention effects were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 weeks of intervention,the abnormal rates of caloric test and video head impulse test in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the spontaneous nystagmus angle and canal paresis value were less than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After 3 weeks of intervention,the vestibular function score,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale score,and the Self-Rating Depression Scale score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group after 3 weeks of intervention was 94.34%,which was higher than 79.25%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine comprehensive intervention and vestibular function rehabilitation training,actively carrying out targeted psychological intervention not only helps to improve the psychological state and vestibular function of patients with vestibular dysfunction,but also helps to enhance the intervention effect.
