摘要
针对某厂BEST励磁机过临界振动问题进行了情况调研、振动测试和分析处理。确认励磁机临界转速位于常用转速区间加之转子不平衡是过临界振动大的主要原因。通过重新设计励磁机转子及支撑系统,严格控制加工制造工艺,彻底解决该问题。新转子在各转速范围振动均为优秀水平。
In this paper,the overcritical vibration problem of BEST exciter of a factory was investigated,vibrated analyzed and disposed.It is confirmed that the critical speed of the exciter is in the common speed range and the rotor imbalance are the main reasons for the large overcritical vibration.By redesigning the exciter rotor and support system,and strictly controlling the manufacturing process,this problem was completely solved.The vibration of the new rotor was excellent in all speed ranges.
