摘要
对1Cr13叶片钢热处理后进行了相关耐蚀性测试和微观组织分析、高温冲击韧性测试、不同温度下的持久极限等相关理化检验,以期掌握该钢作为叶片材料使用时关键物理参数,对叶片的安全运行具有积极的指导作用,同时有助于科研人员参考相关技术参数。
In this article,relevant physical and chemical tests such as corrosion resistance testing,microstructure analysis,high-temperature impact toughness testing,and endurance limits at different temperatures were conducted on 1Cr13 blade steel after heat treatment,in order to master the key physical parameters when using it as a blade material and provide positive guidance for the safe operation of the blade.At the same time,it helps researchers to refer to relevant technical parameters.
