摘要
为全面掌握2023年辽宁省辖区内14个玉米产区质量情况、品质特征,选取优质品种,对省内收获的玉米进行检验和数据分析,更好地指导企业收购、加工优质粮食,拉动粮食经济。情况如下:质量情况,对2346份样品容重、不完善粒、水分、百粒重进行测定,一等比率比去年上升8.7%,二等、三等比例缩减8.4%,容重、百粒重均优于2022年,不完善粒、自然水分含量较上一年降低,玉米整体质量情况好于前两年;品质情况,对395份样品淀粉、粗蛋白、脂肪、容重、不完善粒及百粒重进行测定,评价出各市表现较好的品种,为新一年玉米种植提供参考。
In order to fully grasp the quality situation and quality characteristics of 14 maize producing areas in Liaoning Province in 2023,high-quality varieties were selected,and the maize harvested in the province was tested and data analyzed,so as to better guide enterprises to purchase and process high-quality grain and stimulate grain economy.The situation was as follows:the quality:test weight,unsound kernel,moisture content and hundred-grain weight of 2346 samples were measured.The ratio of first class increased by 8.7%compared with last year,and the ratio of second class and third class decreased by 8.4%.Test weight and hundred-grain weight were both better than 2022,and unsound kernel and natural moisture content were lower than that of last year.The overall quality of maize was better than the previous two years.The character:Starch,crude protein,fat,test weight,unsound kernel,hundred-grain weight were tested of 395 maize samples in order to evaluate the good varieties of each area and provide reference for the next year maize planting.
