不同装粮高度和跨度的平房仓温度场分布规律研究

摘要 通过对比分析两种不同装粮高度和跨度的小麦粮堆在常规储存条件下的仓温、平均粮温、各层粮食温度变化,并运用模拟软件重现小麦粮堆的温度场,以探究不同装粮高度和跨度的粮堆在不同季节环境下各区域的温度分布和变化差异。结果表明:不同装粮高度和跨度的平房仓粮堆储粮性能基本一致,各层粮温年变趋势相似;装粮高度和跨度越小的粮堆,越易受外界环境影响,粮堆温度变化波动越大;装粮高度和跨度越大的粮堆,其内部受外界环境的影响越小,“冷皮热心”现象、“热皮冷心”现象更为突出,“热心”、“冷心”面积更大。 By comparing and analyzing the changes in warehouse temperature,average grain temperature,and grain temperature in each layer of two wheat grain piles with different grain loading heights and spans under conventional storage condition,and the simulation software was used to reproduce the temperature field of wheat grain pile in order to explore the temperature distribution and variation differences in different regions of grain piles with different loading heights and spans under different seasonal environments.The results showed that the grain storage performance of grain piles with different loading heights and spans was basically the same,and the annual variation trend of grain temperature in each layer was similar.The smaller the height and span of the grain pile,the more susceptible to the external environment,and the greater the temperature fluctuation of the grain pile.The larger the height and span of the grain pile,the less affected the external environment,the phenomenon of“cold skin hot core”and“hot skin cold core”was more prominent,and the area of“hot core”and“cold core”was larger.
