摘要 “食品质量与安全”是高职院校食品类专业必修的专业基础课程之一,具有很强的理论性、应用性和社会性。围绕“知识传授与价值引领相结合”这一目标,结合“课程思政”的教育理念,深入开发该课程中的思政元素,并融入到教学与实习实训过程中,开展渗透性思想政治教育,强化学生的食品质量安全意识和社会责任感,实现思政要素和专业知识有效耦合,专业课程与课程思政协同发挥作用,在实践中不断提升课程思政育人能力。对于提升学生素养,具有深远的实践应用意义和推广意义。 Food quality and safety is one of the required professional foundation courses for food majors in higher vocational colleges and universities,which is highly theoretical,applied and social.Focusing on the goal of“combining knowledge transfer and value”,and in conjunction with the educational concept of“course politics”,the elements of politics in the programme are developed in depth and integrated into the teaching and practical training process.Carrying out permeable ideological and political education,strengthening students'awareness of food quality and safety and sense of social responsibility,realising the effective coupling of the elements of ideology and professional knowledge,playing a role in the synergy of professional courses and course ideology,and continuously improving the ability of course ideology and political education in practice;it has far-reaching significance of practice and application and promotion for the enhancement of students'literacy.
