Status quo and challenges of home enteral tube feeding in children

本文通过探讨我国儿童家庭肠内管饲(HETF)面临的现状和挑战,提出对应解决思路和未来应重点关注的方向,即需提升HETF患儿照护者能力,建立有效的多学科团队运行机制,完善HETF患儿的延续性管理,促进管饲喂养到经口喂养的过渡;未来应重点关注如何基于照护者不同阶段的需求提升其照护能力、建立有效的多学科协作模式和运行机制、完善随访机制、预防管饲依赖、制订并践行标准化管饲过渡方案等,为今后儿童HETF的研究提供理论思路。

This article explores the status quo and challenges of home enteral tube feeding(HETF)for children in China and proposes corresponding solutions and future focal areas.It emphasizes the need to enhance the caregiving abilities of HETF caregivers,establish effective multidisciplinary team mechanisms,improve the continuity of care for HETF children,and facilitate the transition from tube feeding to oral feeding.Future efforts should focus on enhancing caregiver skills based on their evolving needs,creating effective multidisciplinary collaboration models,refining follow-up mechanisms,preventing tube feeding dependency,and developing and implementing standardized transition plans.These insights aim to provide a theoretical foundation for future research on HETF in children.
