摘要
大肠杆菌表达宿主因其表达量高、周期短、成本低等诸多优势而被广泛用作异源蛋白质的表达。据统计,超过30%的重组蛋白质药物和50%重组蛋白质的制备是使用大肠杆菌作为表达宿主的。大肠杆菌是低成本表达重组蛋白的首选生物之一,这对于兽用疫苗的生产尤其重要。本文系统阐述了大肠杆菌表达系统在动物病毒样颗粒疫苗应用中的生产和研究进展,并且总结了大肠杆菌表达系统在疫苗应用中存在的问题及现有的解决策略,以期为以大肠杆菌作为表达宿主的动物病毒样颗粒疫苗研制提供参考。
The Escherichia coli expression system is widely employed for heterologous protein expression due to its numerous advantages,including high expression yield,short production cycle,and low cost.It has been reported that more than 30%of recombinant protein drugs and 50%of recombinant protein preparations utilize Escherichia coli as the preferred host organism.consequently,Escherichia coli holds significant importance in the economical production of veterinary vaccines.This paper provides a comprehensive overview of the production and research advancements in utilizing the Escherichia coli expression system for animal virus-like particle vaccine applications.Furthermore,it summarizes the current challenges faced by this system in vaccine development along with potential solutions,aiming to offer valuable insights for future studies on animal virus-like particle vaccines employing Escherichia coli as an expression host.
