摘要
本文以某城际项目中的土建工程为主要研究对象,详细阐述了冻结法施工的关键技术环节及其在工程实践中的应用效果。为深入了解冻结法施工对联络通道及周围环境的影响,构建了三维数值模型,通过模型假设与施工过程模拟,分析了冻结帷幕的形成过程、冻土的物理力学性质变化以及开挖过程中隧道管片的受力状态。此外,在施工过程中及完工后,进行了地表沉降、墙顶变形及地下水位等多方面的监测,以全面评估冻结法施工的效果。结果分析表明:采用冻结法施工的联络通道开挖对隧道管片的影响较小,冻结帷幕具有较高的强度和良好的稳定性,能够有效抵抗土压力和水压力,确保施工安全。
This paper takes the civil engineering in an intercity project as the main research object,and expounds in detail the key technical links of the freezing method construction and its application effect in the engineering practice.In order to deeply understand the influence of freezing construction on the connecting passage and its surrounding environment,a three-dimensional numerical model is constructed,through the model hypothesis and construction process simulation,the forming process of frozen curtain,the change of physical and mechanical properties of frozen soil and the stress state of tunnel segment during excavation are analyzed.In addition,ground settlement,wall top deformation and groundwater level were monitored during and after construction to evaluate the effect of freezing method.The results show that the excavation of connecting passage by freezing method has little influence on tunnel segments,and the freezing curtain has high strength and good stability,and can effectively resist the earth pressure and water pressure,ensure construction safety.
