摘要
模板支撑体系是用于在建筑施工中支撑混凝土浇筑的临时结构系统,以保持构件形状稳定性并确保最终质量,在桥梁建设过程中起到至关重要的作用。本文旨在研究城市高墩立交桥梁现浇施工中盘扣式满堂支架工艺的应用,以某项目为背景,设计计算支架系统,并详细分析跨线桥高墩现浇连续箱梁盘扣式满堂支架施工工艺及其关键环节。实践验证显示,该支架系统在力学性能和经济方面具备显著优势,为跨线桥高墩现浇连续箱梁支架施工提供了坚实基础。
Formwork support system is a temporary structural system used to support concrete placement in building construction,to maintain components shape stability and ensure final quality,it plays a vital role in the process of bridge construction.The purpose of this paper is to study the application of tray buckle full hall support technology in cast-in-place construction of urban high pier overpass bridge,in the context of a project,the support system is designed and calculated,and the construction technology and key links of tray buckle full hall support for cast-in-place continuous box girder of high-pier overpass bridge are analyzed in detail.The practical verification shows that the support system has significant advantages in mechanical properties and economy,and provides a strong foundation for the construction of cast-in-place continuous box girder support for high piers of cross-line bridges.
