地脚螺栓预埋施工技术

摘要 钢结构建筑多为下部混凝土基础、上部钢结构,通过预埋地脚螺栓连接,其施工质量的好坏直接影响到钢结构的施工。本文以雅安大熊猫文旅EPC项目为例,根据实际施工条件拟定了2套施工方案,经过对比选择更适合该工程的第二个方案。详细阐述地脚螺栓安装施工工艺、验收标准以及保障措施。结果证明使用地脚螺栓拼组整体预埋施工技术缩短了工期,可为类似工程参考。 Steel structure buildings are mostly the lower concrete foundation and the upper steel structure,which are connected by embedded anchor bolts,the quality of construction directly affects the construction of steel structure.This paper takes the EPC project of Giant Panda Cultural Travel in Ya’an as an example,two construction schemes are drawn up according to the actual construction conditions,and the second scheme which is more suitable for the project is selected by comparison.The installation and construction technology,acceptance standard and safeguard measures of anchor bolts are described in detail.The results show that the whole embedment construction technology using anchor bolt group can shorten the construction period and can be used as reference for similar projects.
