大型斜坡坡面混凝土浇筑工艺优化研究

摘要 为提高斜坡坡面混凝土浇筑工程的质量和施工进度,必须依靠先进的科学技术和设备。本文以某矿井水蓄水池为例,通过本工艺与常规工艺的对比,详细阐述了影响混凝土质量和进度的各种因素,并提出了采用先进的科学技术和设备来提升施工速度、确保质量和安全、预防混凝土裂缝及处理质量缺陷的具体措施,从而为工程的安全性和质量提供了有力的保障。同时,运用先进新型的施工设备大幅提高了施工效率,确保了工程进度及人员安全,并实现企业成本降低与效益增加。 In order to improve the quality and construction progress of the slope concrete pouring project,we must rely on advanced science and technology and equipment.In this paper,taking a mine water reservoir as an example,through the comparison of this process and conventional process,elaborated the various factors affecting the quality and progress of concrete,and proposed the use of advanced science and technology and equipment to improve the construction speed,ensure the quality and safety,and prevent concrete crack and quality defects,so as to provide a powerful guarantee for the safety and quality of the project.At the same time,the use of advanced new construction equipment to greatly improve the construction efficiency,to ensure the progress of the project and personnel safety,and to achieve the enterprise cost reduction and benefit increase.
