摘要
航空电子硬件单粒子效应故障率是系统安全性分析过程中的重要基础数据。定制器件复杂技术趋势赋予航空电子硬件单粒子效应故障率新的内涵。本文基于国际上航空电子硬件适航审定要求的跟踪梳理分析,研究提出了一些定制器件单粒子效应故障率的数据获取方法考虑,可以为设计师提供参考。
The Single Event Effect Failure rate of Airborne Electronic Hardware is the important elementary data input in the System Safety Analysis process.The complex technical trends of custom devices bring new concepts into the Single Event Effect Failure rate.Based on the study on findings of the available international certification requirements,this paper provides a set of understandings on data acquisition on the Single Event Effect Failure for Airborne Custom Devices,which may be a reference for designers.
