摘要
本文提出了可实际用于可靠性试验中的加速模型及其理论基础,其中有:温度加速模型、温度循环加速模型、高温高湿加速模型、振动加速模型,这些模型通过多次对军民产品的可靠性试验验证证明是可行的,加速后的MTBF值的置信度有保证的,本文还以实例示范如何进行工程应用。
This paper proposes an acceleration model,and its theoretical basis that can be used in reliability test,including:temperature acceleration model,temperature cycle acceleration model,high temperature and high humidity acceleration model,and vibration acceleration model.These models have been verified to be feasible through multiple reliability test on military and civilian products,and the degree of confidence of the MTBF value after acceleration is guaranteed.This paper also demonstrates its engineering application with examples.
