包装内氧气含量检测技术研究

摘要 目的分析包装容器顶空气体氧气含量(文中均指体积分数)的测试技术特点及适用范围,以期为该领域技术的发展方向提供基础技术资料。方法详细介绍电化学法、氧化锆法、荧光法、激光法等检测技术的原理及特点,并介绍以上方法无法测试的特殊试样顶空气体中氧气含量的测试方法。采用直接采集与水下收集2种方式分别测试7种不同氧气含量的气体试样,对比分析直接采集气体与水下收集气体2种方式的一致性。并通过水下收集气体的方式实现了胶囊咖啡、杯式果冻、午餐肉罐头、安瓿瓶、西林瓶、软膏等6种特殊试样的顶空气体氧气含量测试。结果通过试验论证,对于同一试样,直接采集与水下收集2种方式各试样的测试结果最大误差均小于5%,测试结果稳定。2种方式间的测试结果偏差小于5%。对于微量顶空气体或非透明材质的特殊试样,除氧气含量小于1%的胶囊咖啡和午餐肉罐头外,其余试样的测试结果最大误差均小于10%。结论当前的电化学法、氧化锆法、荧光法、激光法等技术基本能满足常规密封容器顶空气体氧气含量的检测需求。对于无法采用常规方式测试的特殊样品,水下收集测试具有可行性。直接采集和水下收集在测试时几乎不受大气环境中氧气含量的影响,可实现仪器的高灵敏度测试,且2种方式测试结果基本一致。 The work aims to study the characteristics and application of testing technologies for oxygen content in the headspace of packaging containers,so as to provide basic technical information for the technology development direction in this field.In this paper,principles and characteristics of electrochemical method,zirconia method,fluorescence method and laser method were introduced in detail,and the test methods of oxygen content in the headspace of special samples which could not be tested by the above methods were introduced.Seven gas samples with different oxygen content were tested by direct collection and underwater collection respectively,and the consistency of direct collection and underwater collection was compared and analyzed.The oxygen content of six special samples such as capsule coffee,cup jelly,canned lunch meat,ampoule bottle,penicillin bottle and ointment was measured by underwater gas collection.For the same sample,the maximum error of the test results of both direct collection test and underwater collection test was less than 5%,and the test results were stable.The difference between the two methods was less than 5%.The maximum error of the test results was less than 10%for the special samples of micro headspace gas or non-transparent material,except for the capsule coffee and canned lunch meat with oxygen content less than 1%.It is concluded that the current electrochemical method,zirconia method,fluorescence method and laser method can basically meet the requirements of most sealed container headspace oxygen content detection.For special samples that cannot be tested by conventional means,underwater collection testing is feasible.Direct collection and underwater collection are almost not affected by the oxygen content in the atmospheric environment during the test,which can realize the high sensitivity test of the instrument.The test results of the two methods are basically consistent.
