摘要
在环境和能源约束日渐严苛的背景下,同时面临着保增长、保出口等多重压力,而提高全要素能源效率是破解压力的重要着力点,提升全要素能源效率能够通过改变要素投入进而提高产品出口质量。以全要素能源效率的测度为基础,重点讨论新形势下其对制造业出口质量的影响。研究表明:制造业行业全要素能源效率对出口质量的影响显著为正,技术创新、能源结构优化和能源强度降低是主要影响路径;全要素能源效率对重工业行业的影响更大;进一步研究显示,轻工业行业主要通过技术创新和能源强度机制发挥作用,重工业行业则可通过技术创新、能源结构和能源强度三个渠道发挥作用。
In the context of increasingly stringent environmental and energy constraints,while also grappling with multiple pressures of sustaining growth and maintaining exports,enhancing total factor energy efficiency emerged as a pivotal point in alleviating these pressures.Improving total factor energy efficiency could lead to higher quality of export products by altering the mix of input factors.This article took the measurement of total factor energy efficiency as the base,and centered on its impact on the quality of manufacturing exports under new circumstances.The results indicated that,total factor energy efficiency in the manufacturing sector had a significantly positive effect on export quality,with technological innovation,the optimization of energy structure and reductions in energy intensity serving as the primary pathways for such enhancement.The influence of total factor energy efficiency was found to be more pronounced in heavy industrial sectors.Further investigation revealed that light industrial sectors primarily leveraged technological innovation mechanisms and energy intensity to boost export quality,whereas heavy industrial sectors could tap into three channels to achieve the same goal,that was,technological innovation,energy structure,and energy intensity.
