国际汉语教师的人文精神塑造研究

摘要 随着全球化进程的加速和中国国际地位的不断提升,汉语作为国际交流的重要工具,其教育需求在全球范围内持续增长。国际汉语教师作为传播中国语言文化、促进国际交流与合作的桥梁,其角色日益凸显。在国际汉语教育中,人文精神不仅是教学内容的重要组成部分,更是贯穿整个教学过程的精神内核。它要求教师不仅教会学生语言知识,更要引导学生理解中国文化背后的价值观念、思维方式和社会习俗,同时培养学生的跨文化交际能力,促进不同文化间的相互理解和尊重。因而研究国际汉语教师的人文精神塑造有重要的意义。对此,本文通过阐述国际汉语教师人文精神的内涵和理论基础,分析国际汉语教师人文精神的重要性,进而探究国际汉语教师人文精神的塑造路径,以期提升国际汉语教育质量。 With the acceleration of globalization and the continuous improvement of China's international status,the demand for Chinese language education as an important tool for international communication continues to grow globally.As a bridge for spreading Chinese lan-guage and culture,promoting international exchange and cooperation,the role of international Chinese language teachers is becoming increasingly prominent.In international Chinese language education,humanistic spirit is not only an important component of teaching con-tent,but also the spiritual core that runs through the entire teaching process.It requires teachers not only to teach students language knowl-edge,but also to guide students to understand the values,ways of thinking,and social customs behind Chinese culture,while cultivating stu-dents'cross-cultural communication skills and promoting mutual understanding and respect between different cultures.Therefore,studying the shaping of humanistic spirit among international Chinese language teachers is of great significance.This article elaborates on the conno-tation and theoretical basis of the humanistic spirit of international Chinese language teachers,analyzes the importance of the humanistic spirit of international Chinese language teachers,and explores the path of shaping the humanistic spirit of international Chinese language teachers,in order to improve the quality of international Chinese language education.
