重症监护室预防呼吸机相关性肺炎的护理研究进展

摘要 重症监护室(ICU)患者需要在机械通气的支持下维持正常呼气,机械通气通过患者的口腔或鼻腔插入气管,使人工气道处于打开状态,由此在呼吸机的作用下为患者通气。尽管机械通气有助于患者正常呼吸,但是在此期间会增加上气道分泌物向下流动的风险,使患者发生呼吸机相关性肺炎。本研究通过对ICU预防呼吸机相关性肺炎的护理研究进展进行分析,为ICU患者提供合理的护理干预降低呼吸机相关性肺炎发生风险,以期为相关临床研究开展提供参考。 Patients in intensive care unit(ICU)need to maintain normal expiration under the support of mechanical ventilation.Mechanical ventilation inserts the trachea through the patient's mouth or nasal cavity to make the artificial airway open,so as to ventilate the patient under the action of ventilator.Although mechanical ventilation helps patients breathe normally,it increases the risk of downward flow of upper airway secretions during this period,causing patients to develop ventilator-associated pneumonia.This study analyzed the nursing research progress of preventing ventilator-associated pneumonia in ICU,and provided reasonable nursing intervention for ICU patients to reduce the risk of ventilator-associated pneumonia,in order to provide reference for relevant clinical research.
