随着公众健康意识的增强及医药行业的快速发展,零售药店作为保障民众用药安全、促进健康管理的关键窗口,其药学服务质量的提升显得尤为迫切。执业药师作为药学服务质量中的关键力量,其专业素养与创新能力成为推动药学服务改革与创新的关键。因此,探讨执业药师在零售药店药学服务质量的改革与创新有重要意义。本研究通过剖析药学服务质量提升的必要性,探索零售药店药学服务质量的改革方向及创新模式,以期构建更加高效、个性化、人性化的药学服务体系,为实现更高水平的药学服务提供理论和实践支持。

With the enhancement of public health awareness and the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry,retail pharmacies,as a key window to ensure the safety of public medication and promote health management,have become particularly urgent in improving the quality of their pharmaceutical services.As a key force in the quality of pharmaceutical services,licensed pharmacists'professional compe-tence and innovation ability have become the key to promoting pharmaceutical service reform and innovation.Therefore,exploring the reform and innovation of pharmaceutical service quality for licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacies is of great significance.This study ana-lyzes the necessity of improving the quality of pharmaceutical services,explores the reform direction and innovative model of pharmaceuti-cal service quality in retail pharmacies,in order to build a more efficient,personalized,and humanized pharmaceutical service system,and provide theoretical and practical support for achieving higher levels of pharmaceutical services.
