基于“玄府理论”中药熏蒸治疗脂溢性脱发临床疗效观察

Observation on the Clinical Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Treatment for Seborrheic Alopecia Based on the"Xuanfu Theory"

本研究的目的是了解中药熏蒸治疗联合口服中药七宝美髯丹对脂溢性脱发(肝肾不足型)的疗效及安全性。将2023年5月-2023年11月于杭州医学院附属医院就诊的80例脂溢性脱发(肝肾不足型)患者分为试验组(40例)和对照组(40例)。2组均以4周为1个疗程,治疗时间3个疗程。每组治疗0周、4周、8周、12周,进行皮肤镜检测、评估。研究结果显示,试验组在治疗后的皮肤镜检测中,毛囊数量明显增多,毛发密度和毛发粗细均有显著改善,而对照组的改善效果相对较小。此外,试验组在治疗期间的自我评估问卷中,患者对头皮油脂分泌、瘙痒感和头发稀疏情况的满意度显著高于对照组。在安全性方面,两组患者在治疗期间未出现严重不良反应。试验组中有少数患者报告轻微的皮肤瘙痒或轻度头晕,但这些症状均在停止治疗后迅速消失,未影响总体治疗效果。此次研究还对中药熏蒸的具体操作过程进行了详细记录:包括熏蒸中药的配比、温度控制、熏蒸时间等,确保每次治疗的一致性和标准化。由此可见,基于“玄府理论”的中药熏蒸联合口服中药七宝美髯丹治疗脂溢性脱发(肝肾不足型)在本次临床试验中显示出良好的疗效和安全性,为脂溢性脱发的治疗提供了一种新的思路和方法。

The purpose of this study is to understand the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine Qibao Meiran Dan in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia(liver and kidney deficiency type).80 patients with seborrheic alopecia(liver and kidney deficiency type)who were treated at the Affiliated Hospital of Hangzhou Medical Col-lege from May 2023 to November 2023 were divided into an experimental group(40 cases)and a control group(40 cases).Both groups have a treatment period of 4 weeks,with a duration of 3 courses.Each group was treated for 0 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks,and 12 weeks,and under-went dermatoscopy testing and evaluation.The research results showed that in the experimental group,there was a significant increase in the number of hair follicles,as well as a significant improvement in hair density and thickness during dermatoscopy after treatment,while the improvement effect of the control group was relatively small.In addition,in the self-evaluation questionnaire during treatment,patients in the experimental group showed significantly higher satisfaction with scalp oil secretion,itching,and sparse hair compared to the control group.In terms of safety,both groups of patients did not experience serious adverse reactions during treatment.A small number of patients in the experimental group reported mild skin itching or mild dizziness,but these symptoms quickly disappeared after stopping treatment and did not affect the overall treatment effect.This study also recorded in detail the specific operation process of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,including the proportion of fumigated Chinese medicine,temperature control,fumigation time,etc.,to ensure consistency and standardization of each treatment.It can be seen that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine Qibao Meiran Dan based on the"Xuanfu Theory"has shown good efficacy and safety in the treatment of sebor-rheic alopecia(liver and kidney deficiency type)in this clinical trial,providing a new approach and method for the treatment of seborrheic alopecia.
