艾灸合谷穴联合运穴推拿治疗尺桡骨骨折肿痛疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Moxibustion at Hegu Point Combined with Acupoint Massage for the Treatment of Swelling and Pain in Ulnar and Radial Fractures

本研究的目的是观察艾灸合谷穴联合运穴推拿治疗尺桡骨骨折肿痛的疗效。随机选取湖南中医药大学第二附属医院于2023年1月-2023年9月住院治疗的80例尺桡骨骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组40例采用艾灸合谷穴联合运穴推拿治疗,对照组40例采用传统康复理疗方法。观察两组患者的疼痛缓解情况、关节功能恢复情况、生活质量及并发症发生率等指标。结果显示,观察组患者在治疗后疼痛缓解时间较对照组缩短,疼痛评分明显下降;关节功能恢复情况也较对照组更好,活动范围更广;生活质量评分方面,观察组患者的生活质量明显提高;并发症发生率方面,观察组发生并发症的患者较对照组明显减少。由此可见,艾灸合谷穴联合运穴推拿治疗尺桡骨骨折肿痛能够有效减轻疼痛、促进关节功能恢复,提高患者生活质量,减少并发症发生率,具有较好的临床疗效。

The purpose of this study is to observe the therapeutic effect of moxibustion at Hegu point combined with acupoint massage on the swelling and pain of ulnar and radial fractures.Randomly select 80 patients with ulnar and radial fractures admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to September 2023 and divide them into an observation group and a control group.The observation group consists of 40 cases treated with moxibustion at Hegu point combined with acupoint mas-sage,while the control group consists of 40 cases treated with traditional rehabilitation therapy.Observe the pain relief,joint function recov-ery,quality of life,and incidence of complications in two groups of patients.The results showed that the observation group had a shorter pain relief time and a significant decrease in pain scores compared to the control group after treatment;The recovery of joint function was also better than that of the control group,with a wider range of motion;In terms of quality of life scores,the observation group showed a signifi-cant improvement in the quality of life of patients;In terms of the incidence of complications,the observation group had a significantly lower incidence of complications compared to the control group.From this,it can be seen that the combination of moxibustion at Hegu point and acupoint massage for the treatment of swelling and pain in ulnar and radial fractures can effectively alleviate pain,promote joint function recovery,improve patient quality of life,reduce the incidence of complications,and have good clinical efficacy.
