凉血解毒消斑汤治疗寻常型银屑病临床对照研究

A Clinical Controlled Study on the Treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris with Liangxue Jiedu Xiaoban Tang

本研究的目的是探究凉血解毒消斑汤治疗寻常型银屑病的临床应用效果。随机选取杭州医学院附属医院2023年6月-2023年12月来本院就诊的50例寻常型银屑病患者为研究对象,使用凉血解毒消斑汤治疗为观察组,对照组则采用传统治疗方法。结果显示,在治疗后的3个月内,观察组患者的病情得到了显著改善,平均病情评分由初始的6.8降至2.3,且无明显不良反应发生。而对照组患者的病情改善较慢,平均病情评分由初始的6.8降至4.5。统计学分析显示,观察组的治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,观察组患者的生活质量也有明显提高,皮肤瘙痒、脱屑等症状明显减轻,对疾病的认知和接受程度也有所增加。在随访期间,观察组患者的复发率较低,仅有10%的患者出现了病情反复,而对照组患者的复发率达到了30%。由此可见,凉血解毒消斑汤对于寻常型银屑病的治疗具有显著的临床应用效果,不仅可以改善患者的症状,提高生活质量,还能有效降低疾病的复发率,值得在临床中推广应用。

The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical application effect of Liangxue Jiedu Xiaoban Tang in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Fifty patients with psoriasis vulgaris who visited Hangzhou Medical College Affiliated Hospital from June 2023 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the study subjects.The observation group was treated with Liangxue Jiedu Xiaoban Tang,while the control group was treated with traditional treatment methods.The results showed that within 3 months after treatment,the condition of the observation group patients significantly improved,with the average condition score dropping from the initial 6.8 to 2.3,and no significant adverse reac-tions occurred.However,the improvement in the condition of the control group patients was slower,and the average disease score decreased from the initial 6.8 to 4.5.Statistical analysis showed that the treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the quality of life of the observation group patients was significantly improved,and symptoms such as skin itching and peeling were significantly reduced.The awareness and acceptance of the disease were also increased.During the follow-up period,the recurrence rate of patients in the observation group was relatively low,with only 10%of patients experiencing relapse,while the recurrence rate of patients in the control group reached 30%.From this,it can be seen that Liangxue Jiedu Xiaoban Tang has a signifi-cant clinical application effect on the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.It can not only improve the symptoms of patients,improve their quality of life,but also effectively reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
