摘要
目的目的探究老年患者压力性损伤预防中预防性护理的应用价值及效果。方法方法以我院2023年3月-2024年4月收治的100例老年患者为对象,分为观察组(n=50)与对照组(n=50),其中对照组老年患者采取常规护理、观察组老年患者则采取预防性护理,对比两组患者的临床情况。结果结果观察组老年患者各项指标恢复情况,均优于对照组患者,组间对比数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论结论老年患者治疗期间采取预防性护理,可以有效预防压力性损伤,增强患者护理满意度,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the application value and effect of preventive nursing in the prevention of stress injury in elderly patients.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to April 2024 were divided into the observation group(n=50)and the control group(n=50).The elderly patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,while the elderly patients in the observation group were treated with preventive nursing.The clinical conditions of the two groups were compared.Results The recov-ery of each index in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Preventive nursing for elderly patients during treatment can effectively prevent pressure injury and enhance patient satisfaction with nursing,which has clinical popularization value.
