摘要
《美术生活》是20世纪30年代印刷界与美术领域跨界合作的产物。在“实业兴邦”的时代风潮中,美术家试图依托实用美术让艺术“下沉”到民众中,政界与商界则关注日常生活应如何向艺术审美“提升”,这种交集构成了该刊产生的背景。《美术生活》的出现根源于技术与知识人推动文艺大众化、改造社会的强烈愿望,其创立动机体现了中国社会现代转型期知识启蒙的一种特殊路径。
Ilustrated magazine Meishu Shenghuo(Art Life)was the product of the cross-border cooperation between the print industry and fine art in the 1930s.In the trend of"industry revitalizing the country",artists tried to make art more available to the public through applied art,and the political and business circles were concerned about how to integrute artistic aesthetics in daily life.This intersection formed the background of the publication.The emergence of Meishu Shenghuo was rooted in the strong desire of technicians and intellectuals to popularize literature and art and transform the society.The founding purpose of this magazine reflects a special path of knowledge enlightenment in the transitional period of Chinese society.
