古为今用 怀真抱素——评析王铁汉的中国画艺术

Time-Honored Wisdom for Modern Times,Embracing Truth and Simplicity-Comment on Wang Tiehan's Chinese painting creation

传统的书画艺术注重艺术家画里画外的综合修养,武汉纺织大学设计创新与纤维科学研究院的研究员王铁汉便是一位德艺双馨的画家。他以“苟非其人,虽工不贵”为自己创作的座右铭。本文首先以“论艺兼论其为人”的传统品评方式概括王铁汉绘画的整体特点。随后从具体的用笔、布局、虚实、动静等创作手法层层切入,以作品分析及作者自述相结合的方式,还原一个真切的艺术家形象,以此走进王铁汉的绘画世界。

The traditional painting and calligraphy focuses on the comprehensive cultivation of both paintings and painters,such as artistic works by Wang Tiehan(Institute of Design Innovation and Fiber Science,Wuhan Textile University)who sincerely believes the importance of painters'morality,and emphasizes the unity of morality and art works.This thesis will summarize the overall characteristics of Wang Tiehan's paintings through the traditional way of"commenting on art works as well as on morality",and examine the perspectives of creative practices of the paintings(specific brushworks,layout,llusory and real,dynamic and static,etc.),as well as the combination of artwork analysis and the painter's self-description.
