上饶市眼科医院2021至2022年滴眼剂使用分析

Analysis of the utilization of ophthalmic preparatios in Shangrao ophthalmology hospital during 2021 to 2022

目的分析上饶市眼科医院眼用制剂临床使用情况,为眼用制剂的供应管理提供参考。方法回顾性分析2021年1月至2022年12月上饶市眼科医院眼用制剂用药金额、门诊及住院患者均次费用、医保及基本药物目录内用药金额、不同类别和不同制剂药物使用情况。结果2022年,上饶市眼科医院眼用制剂使用金额较2021年下降13.89%,门诊患者眼用制剂用药金额和均次费用分别下降21.86%和19.13%,住院患者眼用制剂用药金额和均次费用分别上升10.21%和5.10%。2022年,国家医保药物金额和国家基本药物使用金额较2021年分别下降9.14%和33.63%,但国家医保药物金额占比上升5.51%,国家基本药物金额占比下降22.92%。2021和2022年感染炎症治疗药物、干眼与视力疲劳治疗药物、青光眼治疗药物一直位于使用金额的前三位,其使用金额占比分别达到了56.76%、24.22%、9.08%和59.70%、19.06%、11.51%。用于感染炎症、干眼、青光眼治疗药物用量及金额位于前三位。结论上饶市眼科医院眼用制剂种类丰富,部分临床监测指标趋于合理,但仍需提高基本药物和医保品种的配备使用,降低住院患者药品费用。

Objective To analyze the clinical use of ophthalmic preparations in Shangrao Eye Hospital,and to provide reference for the supply management of ophthalmic preparations.Methods The amount of medication for ophthalmic preparations,the average cost of outpatient and inpa-tient patients,the amount of medication in the medical insurance and essential drug catalogue,and the use of different types and different prepara-tions in Shangrao Eye Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.Results In 2022,the consumption sum of oph-thalmic preparations in Shangrao Eye Hospital decreased by 13.89%compared with that in 2021,the consumption sum and average cost of ophthal-mic preparations for outpatients decreased by 21.86%and 19.13%,respectively,the consumption sum and average cost of ophthalmic preparations for inpatients increased by 10.21%and 5.10%,respectively.In 2022,the amount of national medical insurance drugs and the amount of national es-sential drugs used decreased by 9.14%and 33.6%respectively compared with 2021,but the proportion of national medical insurance drugs increased by 5.51%,and the proportion of national essential drugs decreased by 22.92%.In 2021 and 2022,infectious inflammation treatment drugs,dry eye and visual fatigue treatment drugs,and glaucoma treatment drugs have been in the top three of the amount of use,with the proportion of the amount of use reaching 56.76%,24.22%,9.08%and 59.70%,19.06%,11.51%,respectively.The dosage and amount of drugs used in the treatment of infec-tious inflammation,dry eye and glaucoma were in the top three.Conclusion The kinds of ophthalmic preparations in the hospital is abundant,simul-taneously,the clinical monitoring indexes of ophthalmic preparation tend to be reasonable and the level of rational drug use has been further im-proved,however,the allocation and utilization of essential drugs and drugs in the medical insurance catalogue still need to be improved.
