精神分裂症患者利培酮及9-羟利培酮血清药物浓度与性激素六项的相关性研究

Study on correlation between serum concentrations of risperidone and 9-hydroxyrisperidone and six sex hormones in patients with schizophrenia

目的探究精神分裂症患者利培酮及9-羟利培酮的血清药物浓度与性激素六项的相关性。方法选取2019年1月至2022年3月赣州市第三人民医院收治的694例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象。所有患者均给予利培酮药物治疗,检测并比较治疗1、4周后患者血清利培酮和9-羟利培酮浓度与性激素六项水平,并分析利培酮及其9-羟利培酮的血清药物浓度与精神分裂症患者性激素六项的相关性。结果治疗后第4周,患者垂体泌乳素(PRL)水平高于治疗后第1周,睾酮(T)低于治疗后第1周后,血清利培酮及9-羟利培酮浓度均高于治疗后第1周,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者血清利培酮和9-羟利培酮浓度均与PRL呈正相关关系(r>0,P<0.05),与T呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05)。结论利培酮能影响精神分裂症患者PRL和T浓度,造成内分泌失调。

Objective To study the correlation between serum concentrations of risperidone and 9-hydroxyrisperidone and six sex hormones in patients with schizophrenia.Methods 694 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Ganzhou Third People's Hospital from January 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were treated with risperidone.The serum concentrations of risperidone and 9-hydroxyrisperi-done and the levels of six sex hormones were detected and compared after 1 week and 4 weeks of treatment,and the correlation between the serum concentrations of risperidone and 9-hydroxyrisperidone and six sex hormones was analyzed.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the level of pitu-itary prolactin(PRL)was higher than that after 1 week of treatment,and testosterone(T)was,the serum risperidone and 9-hydroxyrisperidone con-centrations were higher than those after the 1st week of treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum risperidone and 9-hydroxyrisperidone concentrations were positively correlated with PRL(r>0,P<0.05),and negatively correlated with T(r<0,P<0.05).Conclusion Risperidone can affect the levels of PRL and T in patients with schizophrenia and cause endocrine disorders.
