一病一品高质量护理对天疱疮患者生活质量及护理满意度的影响

Effect of One Disease and One Product High Quality Nursing on the Quality of Life of Pemphigus Patients

目的探讨一病一品高质量护理对天疱疮患者生活质量及护理满意度的影响。方法方便选取2022年3—12月遵义市第一人民医院收治的76例天疱疮患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组,每组38例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予一病一品高质量护理。比较两组患者生活质量[简明生活质量量表(Short Form 36 Questionnaire,SF-36)]评分及护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度(94.74%)高于对照组(78.95%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.145,P<0.05)。结论一病一品高质量护理应用于天疱疮患者中可取得显著效果,提高患者生活质量,且患者对该护理方式的认可度较高。

Objective To explore the effect of one disease and one product high-quality nursing on the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of pemphigus patients.Methods 76 patients with pemphigus admitted to the Zunyi First People's Hospital from March to December 2022 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group re-ceived routine care,while the observation group received high-quality care for one disease and one product.The score of quality of life[Short Form 36 Questionnaire(SF-36)]and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in observation group(94.74%)was higher than that in control group(78.95%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.145,P<0.05).Conclusion One disease one product high quality nursing in pemphigus patients can achieve remarkable effect,im-prove the quality of life of patients,and patients have a high degree of recognition of this nursing mode.
